Festival Condos is a new condo and townhouse development by QuadReal and Menkes Developments Ltd. currently in preconstruction at Interchange Way & Highway 7, Vaughan. Festival Condos has a total of 1300 units. Menkes’ master-planned development in VMC spans over 100 acres, with new developments planned annually to create thoughtful residential and commercial density

Accessibility

Several local bus routes also run in the area by York Region Transit (YRT), Viva and Brampton Transit. Residents will be able to easily commute into downtown Toronto in under one hour. Highways 400, 407, and 7 are within a short drive granting residents convenient access in and out of Vaughan and connecting with the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Driving into downtown will take less than 45 minutes.
