About the building
The amenity area connects the two buildings, and contains the lobby and concierge, a party room, fitness centre and outdoor terrace. There’s also a rooftop terrace on the west building and underground parking.

Location
This transit-connected and walkable community offers direct access to the Aldershot GO station platform, as well a car and bike share program. Located near the intersection of Waterdown and Plains Rd. E., motorists have access to major highways.

In the neighbourhood
Stationwest will also feature a natural conservation area with a park. The Village of Waterdown’s quaint downtown offers shopping and lifestyle choices. Also nearby is the famous Royal Botanical Gardens and waterfront trails at LaSalle Park.
